Matter of sick leave in case of regular appointment from fixed salary


As per the letter No. 17/09/2050 regarding the above subject - Hitini / Govt. Birap - Rs.  Provided that these leave can be accumulated from the condition of Part-2) / Z.1- (2), 

these leave due to illness accumulated during the five years service of such fixed salary employees may be taken forward after they have been appointed regularly Carry Forward.  

Which is requested to be informed.


Pursuant to the above subject, stating that as per issue no.  The leave shall be deducted from the salary. As per point no. 3 of the reference

(1) of the reference, the Secretary of the concerned administrative department may approve these two, as per point no. 4 of the reference 

(2), during the five years service of the fixed salary employees.  Can they be taken forward after receiving regular appointments regarding accumulated illness?  



Guidance was sought in this regard through the letter dated 19/06/207 from the branch here.  In accordance with the letter of the Finance Department referred to in reference 

(3), the employees have completed satisfactory service of 5 (five) years in fixed salary in 4 to 5 feet, on regular appointment they have received regular appointment balance of sick leave accumulated during five years of service in their fixed salary.  

Then it can be carried forward, as guided by the Z1 branch of the finance department, which is known to Aapshri,
