After the closure of 59 apps in China, questions are being raised as to whether such an app can be developed in India. So Prime Minister Narendra Modi also launched the self-reliant India Innovation Challenge for him. In the midst of all this, the country's first social media app Elements has been launched today. Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu has appealed to all the countrymen launching Elements to join the Self-Reliant India Campaign and help transform Local India into Global India. With the hard work of over a thousand IT professionals, this app will be available in more than eight Indian languages.

Indigenous app elements can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple App Stores around the world. The app has been tested among the people for several months before its launch. More than 2 lakh people have downloaded this app. In this, user data will be kept safe in the country. The app also features private chatting, audio-video conference calls, secure payments through Elements Pay and a commerce platform to promote Indian brands.
